Rodney entered the real estate industry in January 2006 and since that time he has grown to become one of Tauranga's top sales performers and auctioneers. In 2011 he teamed up with Ian and Rachel Grindle as a co owner of Ray White Tauranga with offices located on the Strand in the Tauranga CBD.

A Tauranga local, Rodney completed secondary schooling and left for Christchurch to complete a Bachelor of Broadcasting and Communications Degree.

After studying he left New Zealand to take up a position as the Marketing Manager for Communication Fiji Limited based in Suva, Fiji Islands. He managed the marketing and promotions for two radio stations, FM96 and LegendFM.

The opportunity to travel throughout China beckoned as a new challenge. He based himself in Qingdao, teaching English and exploring the countryside.

Coming back to New Zealand after the O.E. he purchased his first rental property and from that day on knew that he wanted to be involved in the real estate industry.

Meeting Rodney you get the distinct impression that he doesn't sit still for long. His energy is contagious and he is almost always in motion setting up appointments for both vendors and purchasers alike.

The drive to match the right property with the right people is constantly exercising his mind.
